Ganesha, lord of wisdom and good fortune

Dear Sheroes,

Ganesha – The Life Teacher

Ganesha, lord of wisdom and good fortune.

Gana + Isha = lord of the general public

Every year around this time we mark the arrival of Lord Ganesha in our lives and homes. Every bit of this event has a deep meaning and lessons for our lifetime. That’s why I call Ganesha is our life teacher!

Today I have got 3 life Lessons From Ganesha. Let’s get drenched in his blessings!

  1. Duty First – The story of Lord Ganesha standing tall in front of Lord Shiva while performing his duty given by his Mother Parvati didn’t bother to get beheaded on the line of duty. This story is a sign that despite extreme challenges, one should never go back on their duties.

Duties are your Responsibility, your grit and character is shown the way you carry them” Richa Chaturvedi

  1. Impulses Makes You Regret– This story revolves around the curse Moon got from Ganesha when he started laughing seeing the mouse strugglibgvto carry Ganesha’s weight. His laugh made Ganesha angry and cursed him, which he regretted later. Think before you Act, React and Respond. Your Actions speak louder than your words. Nobody in this world have time and patience to understand your intent. But your Actions are like Engraved words on wood, can’t be reversed. So before that anger takes you down, hold your emotions, calm your reptilian brain and think how your actions going to impact your environment.

Don’t give up under the influence of impulses, you regret to your grave” – Richa Chaturvedi

  1. Challenges, Use Your Brain– This story is around tge challenge when Ganesha and his Brother Kartikeyan were suppose to take 3 rounds of Earth. Kartikeya took his peacock and left soon the challenge began, but Ganesha knowing his vehicle being a mouse won’t be able to complete the challenge forget winning. So he used his brain, took 3 rounds of his parents and said they are a world to me. Your Brain is just too powerful, make most of it.

Hope this ups your wisdom Quotient! Do share and comment about your thoughts on this!

Kudos to your Empowerment!
