Is Stress Keeping You Alive? Is Stress Leading You To Your Success? Do You Feel Empowered When You Feel The Stress?

You must be wondering how stress can make us feel alive, unlocks the door of success and helps in becoming Empowered… HOW? Am I trying to Bust a Myth? YES I AM… Stress is always associated with being Negative which is always beating and bashing us. So in daily life we are continuously trying to reduce our stress levels and for all the wrong things in our life we blame STRESS. But actually it isn’t always. There are always two sides of the coin. We can never label things on this earth as always good or always bad. Things exist here with elements of both good and bad.

Well the stress I am talking about here is “GOOD STRESS” often known as EUSTRESS. This is a state of our mind when we feel excited, determined, passionate and motivated. Some amount of good stress is always required to keep your efficiency and performance ahead. This stress is an indicator of Positivity, Stimulated Mindset and Emotional Wellbeing.

Let’s see how Good Stress can help us achieve Success and Become Empowered –

  1. It keeps you in the mode of ACCEPTANCE & ALLOWANCE – Accept mistakes and allow for inefficiencies both for yourself and that for others. Once you accept and allow, you tend to convert a negative stressor into a positive stimulator.
  2. You become ADAPTIVE to changes – You accept the fact that change is inevitable and are mentally strong to stay on the cliff always to keep the cycle of change rotating.
  3. You start to FOCUS on STRENGTHS rather than your WEAKNESSES – When you shift your focus you shift your mindset.
  4. You REDESIGN YOUR LIFE – By embracing the changed situations and mindset you rewire your brain to re-write the script of your life. This changed and stimulated mindset empowers you to emotional wellbeing and finally towards RE-DESIGNING YOUR LIFE.
  5. Your PERSISTENCE STOPS RESISTANCE – Your persistent effort can actually help you to overcome your resistances unlocking the path to your success.
  6. You STOP NEGATIVE SELF-TALK – When you are in the positive frame of mind then your positivity quotient is gearing up at a level where negative sabotages don;t really exist.
