Juicy Hours Empowerment!
In order to be productive you need to ask 2 questions to yourself daily –
1. Why you do What you do?
2. When do you do?
By simply answering these 2 questions you can set the focussed intentions towards a task. The time you are choosing to do a certain task is equally crucial to the task in itself. You must have noticed that at some time of the day you are super charged and at sometime you are totally discharged. KNOW YOUR BRAIN CLOCK!
Think about your how your typical daily and weekly tasks sheet looks like. Mine looks like this – Emails, Writing articles, Filming videos, Brainstorming / Strategizing, One to one sessions etc…
Now sit back and think when do you do these tasks. Like earlier I use to see messages and emails first thing in the morning. But later I realized they take away my productive hours. I realized that my Brain is on fire early in the morning around 5 to 10 am. This is the time of the day my brain is super-active, so I started solving problems, generating new ideas, curating creative content and Mindstorming around this time. And to my utmost Realization that up until now I was wasting the “JUICY HOURS”. The moment I realised and started working around this simple change, I changed things around me with super speed. Wish to know how you can also Juice the JUICY HOURS-
1. Look at your tasks sheet and analyse their nature by Critical, Creative and Daily.
2. Start to assign them ideal times. Like I do Creative things in my JUICY HOURS. Critical tasks around 10 to 12 pm or 4 to 6pm. And mundane daily tasks like emailing around 12 to 2 pm.
3. You can also assign things as per days like I do the weekly goal setting on Monday.
4. Once bifurcation of the task sheet is done you get into action without second thoughts.
So what are you waiting for? Juice your Brain with JUICY HOURS.
